    PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM! I’ve tried everything you suggested and I purchased 6 months of support. The theme I bought from you is broken. I hope you can fix it. If you need temporary login credentials for my blog (https://channelingerik.com) to get into the backend, I can set that up.

    There is no Maio or Maio child in my wp-content/themes folder and when I try to search themes for these to upload again, it says there is no such file. See attached screenshots as well as screenshot of the error message when I tried to install the zip file. Perhaps you can send me the Parent and Child Maio themes.

    Update: Unable to attach screenshots. How can I send those to you?
