    Never mind, I figured it out.

    There are separate CSS controls within a page that you have to turn off in order for the global CSS to apply.

    I had to start editing pages to realize that; it wasn’t apparent from the beginning.

    /*Dynamic CSS for current page*/

    How can I edit those?
